 Doctor Access: We prioritize your well-being by offering pre-stay consultations with our Ayurvedic doctor to discuss your unique needs and goals.

 Uncensored Reviews:  We believe in transparency, which is why we display genuine reviews from past guests.

 Informative Website:  Our user-friendly website provides comprehensive information about our services and ensures you receive the best available rates when booking online. 

2. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by Lokah Ayurveda, including those made directly through our website, mobile app, email, or phone. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile app, or making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 

3. Inclusions

Each Lokah Ayurveda package clearly outlines the inclusions for your reservation.  All packages include a stay in one of our spacious suites with a private treatment area, all meals, and yoga and meditation sessions.  Treatment inclusions vary by package, with all packages except the Yoga & Meditation package including Ayurvedic treatments.  For full details on inclusions, please refer to our Rates & Packages page and your reservation confirmation email.

4. Optional Extras

Depending on your chosen package, you may choose from a variety of optional extras such as laundry service, local transportation/excursions, a la carte menu items, and private yoga sessions.

5. Deposit Policy

To confirm your reservation, Lokah Ayurveda requires a booking deposit which can be made via an online link or bank transfer within a specified timeframe. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the booking amount is not received within the stipulated time.

During peak season months, blackout dates, or reservations exceeding four nights, an additional advance deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill upon check-in.  Our team will contact you directly if an advance deposit is necessary.

6. Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Please refer to your reservation confirmation email for Lokah Ayurveda's check-in/check-out policy. By paying a deposit to confirm your reservation, you agree to our check-in/check-out policy.

7. Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Please refer to your reservation confirmation email for Lokah Ayurveda's cancellation & postponement policy in effect at the time of your booking. By paying a deposit to confirm your reservation, you agree to our cancellation and postponement policy.

8. Outside Food & Beverages

To ensure a holistic Ayurvedic experience focused on healing with the right foods, Lokah Ayurveda provides all meals prepared by our in-house chef using Ayurvedic principles. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises.

9. Smoking & Alcohol

Lokah Ayurveda maintains a smoke-free environment, with designated smoking areas available for guests. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

10. Privacy & Cookies

Lokah Ayurveda respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about our privacy practices and use of cookies. 

11. Communication

By completing a reservation and paying a deposit, you agree to receive emails from Lokah Ayurveda before, during, and after your stay. These emails may contain information about your reservation, Lokah Ayurveda updates, or promotional content. You also authorize our team to contact you via email or phone regarding your current or future reservations.  For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

To ensure a smooth reservation process, please provide a valid email address. Lokah Ayurveda is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card information. 

12. Claims & Complaints

Any claim or complaint against Lokah Ayurveda must be submitted promptly, but no later than 15 days following your scheduled departure date.  Claims submitted after this timeframe may be rejected, and the right to compensation may be forfeited. 

We recommend taking screenshots during the reservation process to document rates and availability in case of any discrepancies.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution:  Our goal is to resolve any disputes efficiently and fairly.  If you have a dispute with Lokah Ayurveda, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected]  to find a solution before pursuing any formal action.

Formal Resolution:  If an informal resolution cannot be reached within sixty (60) days of your initial complaint, you may seek legal action in the courts of [City, State] and nowhere else.

14. Disclaimer

You agree to use our website and services at your own risk.  The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties.

Lokah Ayurveda will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to this agreement or your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

15. Copyright

All materials provided on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the copyrighted property of Lokah Ayurveda or its licensors.  Unauthorized reproduction, publication, distribution, or public exhibition of any materials from this website, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lokah Ayurveda regarding your use of our website and services.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

No waiver by Lokah Ayurveda of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.
